• We are told to have no cursings in James 3:10. "Out of the same mouth proceed blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not to be so."
  
  
  • Cursing is in reference to putting a curse on someone, not using certain words in language.
    
    

• God has defined some language as filthy. "But now you yourselves are to put off all these: anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy language out of your mouth" (Col 3:8)
